I understand that my story and photograph are being included in the A.I.S. nonprofit collection of stories, and may be used in news releases or publications as well on our website. I waive any right, title, as well as any interest I may have in the photograph and story. I agree to their use by Tamara Nielsen and or A.I.S. for any purposes deemed necessary and appropriate and freely give my consent.
